| This paper introduces the architecture of future optical core network and the wavelength routing technology which is the key technology to realize the intelligent node in the optical core network-wavelength router. Then it emphatically discusses the current wavelength routing protocol-WaRP proposed by Cisco System Inc. Finally,it points out two key technologies in the further development of the optical core network . |
