| 远程教育系统中，图像的压缩比和压缩速度的高低是决定整个系统性能的关键。文中基于华中科技大学电信系研制的“多媒体远程教学系统”，给出了一种新的图像块识别算法。实验结果表明本算法能有效提高压缩比。达到实用的要求。 |
