高频地波雷达探测海面动力学参数的研究

摘要
:
介绍了利用高频地叔雷达探测海面动力学参数的理论方法，即由海面回波多普勒谱提取海风，海浪，海流等海态信息，并进行了计算机仿真反演，结果表明该方法能满足工程技术要求。
