本文介绍了目前４ｋｂ／ｓ低速码音编码的最新进展，着重分析研究了一种称为相位自适应基音同步更新码激励线性预测（ＰＡＰＳＩ－ＣＥＬＰ）的原理和结构，并与Ｇ．７２９、Ｇ．７２３．１等算法进行了性能比较。
