讨论了美国Ｈａｒｒｉｓ公司１９９７年推出的ＨＳＰ５０２１５数字上变频可编程超大规模集成芯片应用于数字化电台中的问题。基于ＨＳＰ５０２１５，设计了一种发射机中频以下数字化的方案，该方案的显著特点是：调制方式，调制速率，中频频率可通过程序灵活设置，给出了用ＨＳＰ５０２１５完成数字电台中调制功能的例子。
