| 本文阐述了用数字锁相的方法完成Ｓ波段频率源，分析了锁相环的频谱特性；并对输出信号进行了测试，其相位噪声指标￡（１０ｋＨｚ）〈－９３ｄＢｃ／Ｈｚ，杂散抑制〈－６５ｄＢｃ，输出功率大于１０ｍＷ。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper describes the design of S band oscillator.The spectrum character of PLL is analysed.Through the testing,when Fourier frequency is 10 kHz and carrier is 2700 MHz,the phase noise of S BAND PLL source is lower than -93 dBc/Hz;Spurious is lower than -65 dBc and output power is higher than 10 mW. |
