| Abstract: |
| In this paper,the unattended electronic supervision technology of random instantaneous events(UEST-RIE)in arms control is introduced and the design of key devices including real-time signal acquisition device and central telemetry & telecontrol processor is idscussed in details.On the basis of these two devices,with improvement of wire/wireless transceiver available on the commercial market, a flexible unattended remote control supervision system of RIE can be comPOsed. The UEST-RIE is an important researchproblem in arms control area,whicb may be used in the supebosion of underground nuclear test.electronic reconnoiterer and electrouic gnard.etc.And it'a dual-purpose technology for military and anvil uses also. |
