| 本文介绍一种基于ＤＧＰＳ／ＧＳＭ的紧急报警系统。该系统包括：ＤＧＰＳ基准站系统、移动用户系统、移动曜管理系统和紧急报警监控中心系统。它采用了当前的ＤＧＰＳ技术、泛欧ＧＳＭ数字式蜂窝移动通信技术和电子地图等技术，能在移动用户发生紧急情况时 实时向监控中心报警，也可以将运行的轨迹显示于监控中心的屏幕上，使监控人员能形象而又直观地观察各移动用户的当前位置和运行状况。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper presents an emergent alarming system oil the basis of DGPS/GSM. This system comprises: (1) DGPS reference station; (2) mobile user system; (3) mobile telecommunication management system; and (4) emergent alarming monitor center system. With DGPS,GSM mobile communication and electrical map,it can report accident scenes to monitor center in real-time when user is in emergency. Also, it can display current users'positions on the screen so that watcher can see it vividly in the monitor center. |
