| 本文介绍为航空静止变流器中的直流变换器而研制的ＧＴＲ基极驱动电路。在研究了功率晶体管对基极驱动电路要求的基础上，提出了一种能适应功率管参数的离散性和进行自调节的新型比例驱动电路，并分析了这种新型驱动电路的工作原理和设计方法。 |

| Analytical Study of a Self-adapting Proportional Driving Circuit for GTRS |

| This paper describes a new base drive circuit for GTRs in DC/DC converter of the aeronautical engineering. The requirements for the base drive circuit of GTRs are discussed and a new self-regulated drive circuit, which is adapted to the scattering of GTR's parameters, is proposed. The principle of the circuit operation and design method are also presented in the paper. |
