美国军用电子标准的现状和未来

:
随着军品的减少和国际经济环境的变化，为了能制成下一代高性能高可靠的军事系统，军品必须依靠民用工业。所以在经营管理上将会发生重大的变化。本文阐述美国军标与此有关的问题，并对建立和发展我国电子军标提出几点建议。
