| 本文分析了局部相参性的产生机理，推导出量度局部相参的数学表达工，探讨了影响部相参性的各种因素，并针对影响局部相参性的主要因素，提出了一处相位和频率记忆环，改善局部相参性的技术途径，可使局部相参雷达具有准相参数的性能。可明显地提高局部相参雷达的动显能力。 |

| The generating theoryof Local coherence is analysed in this paper, also the mathe-matic formula of measring Local coherence is deduced, various kinds of factors that affect Lo-cal coherence are discussed. In accordance with the main factors that affect local coherence,one kind of phase and frequency memory loop is presented for improving the technique of lo-cal coherence, so that the local coherent radar could have the performance of quasi-coher-ence, and the MTI of local coherent radar can be improved evidently. |
