本文阐述了平面安装石英谐振器对军用和民军电子设备发展的重要性。介绍了支架结构对降低振动、冲击灵敏度的作用;比较了金属、玻璃、陶瓷等封闭材料,以选择比较理想的封装材料,还介绍了陶瓷盒的结构设计、石英谐振器的制造与装配、密封方法等;最后经给出了满意的振动试验结果。 |

Abstract: |
The importance of usng plane Installation quartz resonator to promote the develop-ment of millitary and civil electronic equipment is discussed. This paper introduces the func-tions that support structure can reduce vibration and shock sensitivity. Also metal, glass, cer-am and ofher package materials are compared, so as to select ideal package material. Thestructure design of ceramic box, the manufacture of quartz resonator and the method of seal-ing are all introduced in this paper. Finally, the satisfactory vibration test results are given. |
