微波基频晶体振荡器抗震性能的研究

摘要:
随机震动是电子元器件、电子产品应力筛选的一个重要环节。目前,使用在某些航空、航天电子设备中的高频晶体振荡器很难通过随机震动试验关。其原因何在?本文就如何解决这一问题的首次尝试作一简单介绍。

Abstract:
Random vibration is an important link of the stress selection of electric elements and electric products. Today, some high frequency crystal oscillator which are used ir the aeronautics and astronautics electronic equipments are difficult to pass the test of random vibration. The first attempt for solving this problem is introduced in this paper.
