:
目前,在数字信号处理(DSP)设备、RF综合器、视频存储电路和逻辑分析仪上,已经普遍使用高达100MHz的时钟频率。本文所述的电路是建立在石英晶体的基础上,它可提供高达100MHz的输出信号以推动TTL电路。
