| In the paper, basing upon the performance of the signal decomposition, we propose a definition which is called the bit-serial median filler(BSMF). The main works are as follows: (1) The definition of the BSMF is developed. (2) The basic performances of the BSMF are discussed. and (3) The circuit of real-time signal processing is given. |
