图中所示电路将串行数据转换为RS-232C发送标准的双极性电平.电路利用电荷泵的原理,用一个模拟开关CD4053和两个10μF的电容产生所需要的负电源.CD4053有一个内部电平转换需要用方波触发(ICL7660中包含有该方波发生器),这一触发信号可以用时钟信号或一个RC振荡器
