对于锁相环PLL芯片,如74HC4046(见图),通常用外接电容和电阻设置其内部压控振荡器(VCO)的频率范围。用一非线性电阻取代固定电阻R_1,可以使VCO的频率范围扩大,扩大因子为50或更大些。按图中所示元件参数,4046的11脚连接R_1时,其频率范围是17
