| An experimental study of the M-FET which has been reported recently in the literature is described.M-FET has been yield FET-like characteristics with many improvements in transfer cure linearity and temperature stability over a wide dynamic range.M-FET may find application in linear instrumentation systems and in the design of amplifiers and oscillators.M-FET may be massproduced commercially as a single three-terminal device. |
