集成电路存储器研制现状及应用动向

:
本文简要地回顾集成电路存储器的发展历程.从一九七○年英特尔公司研制1K位DRAM开始,每隔三年左右容量便增大3倍,迄今的十六年间,容量已增大4000倍.文章着重指出了集成电路存储器今后的发展方向:(1)大容量化,(2)低功耗化,(3)高速化,(4)高功能化,(5)专用化,(6)封装小型化.
