本文重点讨论了L波段压控振荡器调谐回路的设计。用这种方法研制的VCO在L波段已达到1dB带宽大于200MHz,3dB带宽大于500MHz的优良性能,并已用于卫星电视接收机二本振、气象雷达一本振等机器设备中。
