引言本研究报告的目的在于论证用弧光等离子喷射法(简称APS法)制造低成本、高性能、非互易毫米波铁氧体移相器的可能性。图1为工作在35千兆赫的铁氧体移相器,它有一块介质片,厚度9到18密耳,介质片四周有一层铁氧体壁,厚为15到22密耳。这种设计使铁氧体单位长度上产生最大差相移和最小插损。
