摘要
:
用分数阶的积分方法,证明有可能由“白”噪声产生闪烁噪声。给出闪烁噪声与白噪声关系的形式表达式。还给出一种适于数字计算机的近似方法,此方用于由随机的,独立数字产生的闪烁调制数字。
