| 针对无线无源温度传感器存在穿透能力弱、传输距离近等不足,基于温敏元件设计了一种具备谐振效应的新型无线无源温度传感器系统。描述了传感器系统结构与原理,给出了设计中存在的技术重难点解决方案。面向常规混凝土与高密度碾压混凝土两种典型工程应用场景,设计不同尺寸的天线,进行了大量的穿透试验,从而获得了传输效果较好的频段和天线配置。与铂电阻温度传感器进行对比试验,结果表明与铂电阻传感器相比,所设计的传感器在同条件下所测的温度数据差异不超过0.5 ℃。 |

| For the shortcomings such as weak penetration ability and short transmission distance of wireless passive temperature sensors,a new type of wireless passive temperature sensor system with resonant effect is designed based on the temperature-sensitive element.The structure and principle of the entire sensor system are described,and corresponding solutions are provided for the technical difficulties and challenges in the design.A large number of penetration tests are carried out for two typical engineering application scenarios,conventional concrete and high-density rolling compacted concrete,so as to obtain the frequency band and antenna configuration with better transmission effect.A comparative test is conducted with the platinum resistance temperature sensor.The test results show that,compared with the platinum resistance sensor,the temperature data measured by the sensor of this design under the same conditions differs by no more than 0.5 ℃. |
