| 针对敌我识别（Identification of Friend or Foe，IFF）系统作战效能评估问题，提出了一种基于DS（Dempster-Shafer）证据理论的证据修正融合方法。首先，根据敌我识别系统特点建立作战效能评估二级指标体系，利用专家打分法构建一级指标在评语集上的基本支持度，并将其转化为证据；然后，度量各证据与其余证据的冲突及证据的不确定性，分别计算证据冲突权重和不确定性权重，综合形成融合权重；最后，利用融合权重对证据进行修正以降低证据冲突和不确定性的影响，并进行证据组合形成结果。算例分析结果表明，所提方法作战效能评估精度提升了4.72%，融合结果准确、可靠，可满足敌我识别系统作战效能评估的需要。 |

| Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of IFF Based on Conflict and Uncertainty of Evidence |

| For addressing the operational effectiveness evaluation issues of identification friend or foe(IFF)，an evidence correction and fusion method based on Dempster-Shafer(DS) evidence theory is proposed.Initially，a secondary indicator system of the operational effectiveness assessment is established based on the characteristics of IFF.The basic support degree in the rating set of each first-level indicator is constructed using an expert scoring method and converted into evidence.Subsequently，the conflict between each piece of evidence and the rest，as well as the uncertainty of the evidence，is quantified.The conflict weight and uncertainty weight of the evidence are calculated separately，and then are combined to form the fused weight.Finally，by correcting the evidence using the fusion weights，the impacts of conflicts and uncertainty among pieces of evidence are reduced，and the result is formed through the integration of evidence.The case analysis results demonstrate that the proposed method has increased the accuracy of operational effectiveness evaluation by 4.72%.The integrated outcomes are accurate and reliable，fulfilling the requirements for evaluating the operational effectiveness of IFF. |
