基于IVI技术的敌我识别设备自动测试系统设计

摘要:
针对敌我识别设备研制生产过程中测试项目繁多、流程复杂、人工测试耗时费力等问题,通过分析敌我识别设备工作原理,搭建了软硬件资源。介绍了以工控机为主控系统、LAN/RS232/RS485/RS422为通信接口的硬件资源,设计了软件架构和自动测试流程。其中可互换虚拟仪器(Interchangeable Virtual Instrument,IVI)驱动器的设计成功将测试程序与硬件分离,只需新增仪器配置,添加相应的驱动,便可实现底层仪器置换,满足测试需求。应用结果证明该自动测试系统能快速检测模块和组装后的整机各项技术指标,且将测试时间缩短至3 h,具有实际使用价值。

Abstract:
In view of the problems such as numerous test items,complicated process,time-consuming and labor-consuming manual tests,the software and hardware resources are built according to the working principle of identification friend or foe(IFF) equipment.The hardware resource is introduced in which the industrial control computer is proposed as the main control system and LAN/RS232/RS485/RS422 as the communication interface.The software architecture and automatic test flow are designed.The interchangeable virtual instrument(IVI) driver design successfully separates the test program from the hardware.The replacement of the underlying instruments can be realized by adding new instrument configurations and corresponding drivers to meet the test requirements.Applications have proved that this automatic test system can quickly test various technical indexes of the module and the assembled complete machine,and shorten the test time to 3 h,so it has practical application value.
