针对极地工作环境和运输、吊装条件限制,对12 m S/X/Ka天线结构进行了轻型化、模块化设计,基于ANSYS分析计算了多工况下天线结构的应力及变形情况。设计的天线结构总质量为2.8×104 kg,最大吊装单元不大于4×103 kg,满足模块化、轻型化需求,且在各种工况下满足精度和强度设计要求,已应用于相关工程建设中。 |

According to polar working environment,transportation and lifting conditions,the 12 m S/X/Ka antenna structure is designed in a light and modular way.Based on ANSYS analysis,the stress and deformation of antenna structure under multiple working conditions are calculated.The total weight of the antenna structure designed is 2.8×104 kg,and the maximum lifting unit is not more than 4×103 kg,which meets the needs of modularization and lightweight,and satisfies the requirements for precision and strength design under various working conditions.It has been applied in the construction of related projects. |
