This paper analyses the technical difficulties in the design of the public oscil
lator base
d on DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) technology, the design of high data trans
mission and the improvement of the digital frequency measurement technology. On
this base,it discusses the time domain frequency stability measurement based o
n dualmixer offset measurement method. This method can perform sho
rtterm and longterm frequency stability measurement simultaneously and posse
ss the high measurement accuracy and can undertake noclearance measurement. |
