宽带信道的增益平坦度指标好坏是信道宽带性能保证的基础,同时由于影响因素众
多,也是设计难点所在。以公式计算与电路仿真、三维电磁场仿真相结合的方式,详细分析
了微波电路设计中各种因素对信道增益平坦度的影响,再针对各种影响因素给出了电路解决
改善方法,论述了实际电路设计中宽带增益平坦度保证的关键技术和注意事项。 |

Abstract: |
Gain flatness is a basic performance index of the broadband channel,and with a
number of affecting factors, it is also a different design point. Asso
ciated with formula calculation, circuit simulation and three-dimension electrom
agnetic field simulation, this paper analyzes the influences of various factors
in the microwave circuit design to the gain flatness of the channel,then presen
ts the circuit improvement methods for each affecting factor, and finally review
s the cirtical technology and matters needing attention in the actual circuit de
sign guarantee the broadband gain flatness. |
