基于ITO/超材料复合结构的可弯曲高适应性吸波体

摘要:
为了解决现有吸波体在弯曲状态下吸收性能难以保证的问题,设计制作了一种氧化铟锡(Indium Tin Oxide,ITO)/超材料复合结构吸波体,实现了弯曲及不同入射角度下的高效吸波,吸收带宽具有良好一致性。通过在传统单层超材料吸波体中插入一层无图案ITO薄膜构建复合结构超材料吸波体,避免了在弯曲情况下因为不同吸收层单元横向位错导致的等效阻抗变化,因而能够在弯曲状态下具有一致的吸收效果。实验结果表明,所设计制作的超材料吸波体在正入射下的吸收带宽为3~17.2 GHz,相对带宽达到141%。此外,在10 cm和20 cm曲率半径下,均在2.7~16 GHz实现90%能量吸收,与平面状态下的吸收带宽基本一致。除了在弯曲状态下的高适应性之外,该超材料吸波体还兼具厚度薄、重量轻等优点。

A Microwave Absorber with Consistent Absorption Bandwidth under Varied Bending Conditions Based on ITO/Metamaterial Hybrid Structure

Abstract:
To address the challenge of performance degradation in bent microwave absorbers,a novel indium tin oxide(ITO)/metamaterial hybrid structure absorber is designed and fabricated.This structure enables efficient absorption under bending and various oblique incidence angles,with consistent absorption bandwidth.By introducing a non-patterned ITO film between the patterned layer and the ground plane in a traditional single-layer metamaterial absorber,the proposed hybrid structure avoids variations in effective impedance caused by lateral misalignment of absorber units under bending.As a result,it maintains consistent absorption performance in both flat and bent states.Experimental results show that the designed absorber achieves an absorption bandwidth of 3~17.2 GHz under normal incidence,with a relative bandwidth of 141%.Moreover,at curvature radii of 10 cm and 20 cm,the absorber maintains over 90% absorption in the 2.7~16 GHz range,which is nearly identical to the flat-state performance.In addition to its high adaptability under deformation,the absorber also features advantages such as low profile and lightweight.
