| 针对5G低轨(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)卫星网络中的星间切换问题,提出了一种基于多属性决策的5G低轨卫星网络星间切换方案。首先,构建包含多颗低轨卫星和多个移动地面用户(Ground User Equipment,GUE) 的卫星网络场景,建立综合考虑路径损耗、雨衰和卫星天线增益的信道模型。然后,不同于传统单属性或三属性切换方案,考虑接收功率、剩余服务时间、剩余负载和双向传输时延4个切换决策属性。最后,分别为4个属性设定主观权重和客观权重,使用基于偏差最大化的组合确定权重法来计算属性权重,并采用逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS) 进行最优卫星选择,设计了一种基于改进熵权-TOPSIS的星间切换算法。数值结果显示,与传统的单属性切换策略相比,所提出的星间切换策略能够降低10%左右的切换频率和不必要切换频率。 |

| To address the inter-satellite handover problem in 5G low Earth orbit(LEO) satellite networks,a handover scheme based on multi-attribute decision is proposed.Firstly,an LEO satellite network consisting of multiple satellites and multiple moving ground user equipment(GUE) is considered.The satellite channel is modeled by considering the path loss,the rain attenuation,and the satellite antenna gain.Then,different from conventional single-attribute or three-attribute schemes,four attributes for handover are considered in this scheme,including the received power,the remaining service time,the residual load,and the two-way transmission latency.Subjective and objective weights are set for the four attributes,respectively.The joint weight determination method based on maximizing deviations is used to calculate attribute weights,and the optimal satellite is selected via the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).Subsequently,an inter-satellite handover algorithm based on improved entropy weight-TOPSIS is developed.The numerical results show that compared with the traditional single-attribute handover strategies,the proposed inter-satellite handover strategy can reduce the handover frequency and unnecessary handover frequency by 10%. |
