低空网络跨系统干扰与通感不平衡解决方案

摘要:
针对低空网络中的跨系统干扰和通感能力不平衡问题,提出了对应解决方案。首先,分析了低空网络中的各类干扰,重点研究了低空基站对空覆盖尤其是无人机高机动性引发的跨系统干扰,其对空天地海全域无线系统形成系统性干扰,指出亟需提升现有杂散发射指标以应对大规模网络部署,避免无人机成为飞行的干扰器;其次,针对通感不平衡问题,建议采用1:N节点部署策略以降低投资成本;最后,阐述了空天地海一体化低空网络架构。该方案可有效降低系统性干扰和节约投资,为低空经济高质量可持续发展提供理论支撑。

Abstract:
To address the cross-system interference and imbalanced integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) capabilities in low-altitude networks,corresponding solutions are proposed.Firstly,various interference types within low-altitude networks are analyzed,with focus on cross-system interference to space-air-ground-sea caused by the aerial coverage of low-altitude base stations and the mobility of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).It is highlighted that existing spurious emission standards must be elevated to meet the requirements of large-scale network deployments,so as to prevent UAV from becoming flying interferer.Secondly,to tackle the ISAC imbalance,a 1
