| 根据国际电信联盟的建议,6G峰值速率将达到100~1 000 Gb/s,信号的调制带宽可突破11 GHz。而目前主流的中高端矢量信号源的调制带宽仅为5~10 GHz,已难以满足这类前沿技术领域的信号测试要求。针对该问题,提出一种新型硬件架构的矢量信号源,其瞬时带宽可达12 GHz,在1.6 GHz频率点的典型相位噪声可达-139.7 dBc/Hz@100 kHz。介绍了该信号源的硬件总体设计方案,阐述了核心通信接口的逻辑设计,分析了速率适配数据处理、高速串行总线传输和射频直接生成等关键技术,仅使用8条差分信号线就实现了224.4 Gb/s的高速数据传输。该信号源具备12 GHz┧彩豹带宽信号的生成能力,可解决主流信号源无法满足6G网络等前沿技术领域信号测试需求的问题。 |

| According to recommendations from the International Telecommunication Union(ITU),the peak data rate of 6G is expected to reach 100~1 000 Gb/s,with signal modulation bandwidth potentially exceeding 11 GHz.However,the modulation bandwidth of current leading vector signal generators is only 5~10 GHz,which is insufficient to meet the testing requirements of these cutting-edge technologies.To address this challenge,a vector signal generator based on new hardware architecture is proposed with an instantaneous bandwidth of up to 12 GHz.Its typical phase noise is -139.7 dBc/Hz @100 kHz,1.6 GHz.The overall hardware design is introduced,the logic design of the core communication interface is elaborated,and the key technologies involved are analyzed,including rate-adaptive data processing,high-speed serial bus transmission,and direct radio frequency(RF) signal generation.A high-speed data transmission rate of 224.4 Gb/s is achieved using only 8 differential signal lines.The signal generator can generate signals with an instantaneous bandwidth of 12 GHz,effectively addressing the testing gap for 6G and other advanced technologies. |
