无线通信网络自优化智能抗干扰机理及架构

摘要:
首先,从学习模型、网络管控和资源协作三个方面深入探讨自优化智能抗干扰的机理。然后,提出了一种自优化智能抗干扰架构,结合对抗机器学习、深度强化学习、联盟形成博弈以及双边匹配博弈等关键技术,赋能无线通信网络的自优化智能抗干扰能力。通过概念辨析、理论探讨、技术对比,揭示该架构在提升网络自我发现、自我更新和自我适应能力方面的潜力。最后,对未来研究工作进行了展望,以期为无线通信网络的抗干扰研究领域提供全面的视角和指导研究。

Abstract:
First,the mechanisms of self-optimizing intelligent anti-jamming are deeply explored from three aspects:learning models,network control,and resource cooperation.Then,a self-optimizing intelligent anti-jamming architecture is proposed,combining key technologies such as adversarial machine learning,deep reinforcement learning,coalition formation game,and bilateral matching game,to empower the self-optimizing intelligent anti-jamming capabilities of wireless communication networks.Through concept analysis,theoretical discussion and technical comparison,the potential of the architecture in enhancing the ability of self-discovery,self-update,and self-adaptability is revealed.Finally,future research work is prospected,in hope of providing a comprehensive perspective and guiding research in the field of anti-jamming for wireless communication networks.
