Ka频段双波束平板卫通相控阵天线设计

摘要:
根据车载卫星通信终端天线低剖面、多轨道、多模式应用需求,研制了一款Ka频段双波束平板卫通相控阵天线。该天线采用板级集成天线(Antenna on Board,AOB)平板有源相控阵架构以及可扩展的有源天线子阵拼接技术,实现了接收6 144阵元、发射512阵元的双波束相控阵天线高密度集成设计。经加工实测,天线两个波束扫描范围均可达±60°,发射天线等效全向辐射功率大于等于44.33 dBW,接收天线增益与噪声温度比大于等于12.33 dB/K。该天线具有集成度高、剖面低、成本低、生产效率高的特点,为毫米波频段平板架构的多波束有源相控阵天线的工程研制提供了一种可行的参考。

Abstract:
According to the demand of low profile,multi-orbit,multi-mode for satellite communication terminal antennas on vehicle platform,a Ka-band dual beam flat-panel phased array for satellite communication is designed.The flat-panel active phased array architecture,which integrates antenna on board(AOB) and the splicing technique of scalable active antenna sub-array,is adopted to achieve high density integration of 6 144-element receiving and 512-element transmitting dual beam phased array antenna.The antenna prototype is manufactured and tested.The test results show that the antenna is able to scan in ±60°,the equivalent isotropically radiated power of the antenna is no less than 44.33 dBW and the gain-to-noise of the antenna is no less than 12.33 dB/K in dual beams.The proposed phased array has the characteristic of high density,low profile,low cost,high efficience for mass production,and is referable for engineering research on the millimeter-wave band flat-panel mult-beam active phased arrays.
