一种新颖的无人机停机坪无线充电系统及其控制方法

摘要:
随着无人机技术的不断发展和低空经济的提出,越来越多的领域开始使用无人机代替人力,以此提高作业效率,降低安全风险。由于无人机电池容量有限,导致其作业时间和作业半径被大大缩短,进而限制了其应用场景。针对现有基于有线充电或换电技术的无人机自动机场存在的诸如触点接触不良、机械结构复杂、成本高昂等问题,对基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪系统进行了研究,主要包括无人机无线充电系统磁场分布与效率分析、无人机无线充电自动控制电路与异物检测功能研究,以及无人机地面站控制流程研究等。在此基础上,搭建了一套基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪。该停机坪相比现有无人机自动机场,具有容忍一定偏移量的无人机无线充电、识别不同无人机受电端和异物检测等创新功能。经实测,整个系统充电稳定且与有线充电时长近似,停机坪整体质量相比下降50 kg,成本约为现有无人机自动机场的1/3,在多场景下均有应用潜力。

A Novel Wireless Charging System for UAV/Drone Helipad and Its Control Method

Abstract:
With the continuous development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)/drone technology and the proposal of low-altitude economy,more and more fields have started to use UAVs/drones instead of manpower as a way to improve operational efficiency and reduce safety risks.Due to the limited battery capacity of UAVs/drones,their operation time and operation radius are greatly shortened,which in turn limits the application scenarios of UAVs/drones.The authors focus on the problems of poor contact,complex mechanical structure,and high cost in existing UAVs/drones automatic helipads based on wired charging or battery swapping technology.They conduct research and improvement on UAV/drone helipad systems based on wireless charging technology,including analysis of magnetic field distribution and efficiency of UAV/drone wireless charging systems,research on UAV/drone wireless charging automatic control circuits and foreign object detection functions,and research on UAV/drone ground station control processes.On this base,a set of UAV/drone helipad based on wireless charging technology is built.Compared with existing UAV/drone automatic helipads,this helipad has innovative functions such as tolerant UAV/drone wireless charging with a certain offset,identification of different UAV/drone power receiving terminals,and foreign object detection.After actual testing,the entire system can provide stable charging and the charging time is similar to that of wired charging.The overall weight of the helipad is decreased by 50 kg,and the cost is about one-third of that of existing UAV/drone helipads.The entire system has potential for application in multiple scenarios.
