船载空间目标观测系统的任务规划

摘要:
讨论了航天测量船在执行任务时的规划流程和关键的技术要点,通过对测量工况规划、电磁频谱分析、多装备可探测性分析、装备任务计划编排等关键技术的阐述,提出了针对问题的解决方法。该规划方法能够支持航天测量船执行海上测控任务的事前准备,并给出合理的规划方案。

Abstract:
This paper discusses the planning process and key technical points of space telemetry,tracking and control(TT&C) ship when performing missions.By expounding key technologies such as measurement condition planning,electromagnetic spectrum analysis,multi-equipment detectability analysis and task planning,solutions to problems are proposed.This method can support the advance preparation of the space TT&C ship to perform the maritime TT&C mission,and give a reasonable plan.
