星载天线环境防护及设计

摘要:
针对一种星载天线研制过程中的关键环节,从星载天线结构特点、面临的环境效应、环境适应性设计及验证几个方面的特殊性进行了分析,对天线材料选择、关键结构优化设计及环境试验验证等内容进行了重点论述。仿真与实物验证证明通过合理的结构设计和设计验证,能够实现星载天线高可靠、长寿命的产品设计要求。

Abstract:
In accordance with the development process of a satellite-borne antenna, the particularities of several aspects are analyzed including the characteristics of satellite antenna, the effect of environment, the design and verification of environmental adaptability,with emphasis on the selection of antenna′s materials, the design of key structure and the verification of environment test. Simulation and test prove that through rational structural design and design verification, the production design requirements of high reliability and long lifetime can be realized.
