基于战场仿真的智能指挥控制系统总体设计

摘要:
研究了国内外先进的指挥控制系统,从未来信息作战方式、作战环境、作战需求等方面 重点分析了新型指挥控制系统的体系架构。在传统的指挥控制系统上结合指挥中心和各区域 级单位各自 的情报业务需求,提出了自顶向下、分区管辖、分级分层的体系结构。在战场态势推演下实 现对红蓝双方在特定战场环境中可能采取的侦察和作战行动的分析与预判,指出了实现智能 化 指挥控制系统的关键技术及方案。

Abstract:
The advanced Command and Control Systems(CCSs) home and abroad are investigated, the archi tecture of a new type of CCS is analysed in aspects of future information warfar e style, war fare circumstance and warfare requirements. Based on traditional CCS and accordi ng to the information service requirements of headquarter and all localities, the topdown, administration partitioning, stratified and categor ized architecture is proposed. In the battlefield situation rehearsal, the model also realizes the prejudgment of possible scouting and operation behaviors for red and blue cou nterparts by analysing specified dynamic operation circumstances. The key techn ology and scheme of intelligent CCS are also discussed.
