采用铝压铸盒设计小型电子设备的方法

摘要:
针对小型电子设备更新换代快、开模费用高、研发周期长的问题,从利用市场上现有 铝压铸盒进行新产品设计的角度提出一种新的设计方法。 根据一般小型电子设备的组成特点,介绍了盒体选型和具体设 计方法,然后给出了实际的设计案例。案例表明,采用该方法设计的电子设备具 有经济、实用、美观的特点,该方法确实能够有效地节省研发费用,缩短研发周期。

Abstract:
On account of the fact of fast upgrade, high mould cost and lo ng development cycle for small electronic equipment, a new method is proposed in this paper from the point of using the current aluminum alloy die-casting box f or new product design. The design metho d and the way how to choose the aluminum alloy die-casting box are discussed, according to the general characteristics of small electronic equipment compone nts.A practical case is given which proves the method can make electronic eq uipment economic, practical and beautiful. Besides, the method can effectively s ave cost, and shorten development cycle.
