摘要:

HP VEE是一种工程中的可视化编程语言，适合于构造自动测试系统。介绍了如何用HP VEE来实现DC／DC变换器的自动测试，并以一具体器件的测试为例说明了该测试系统能完全满足测试精度要求。该自动测试系统极大地提高了效率，能满足科研生产的任务需要。

Abstract:

HP VEE(Visual Engineering Environment) is a visual programming language,applicable to build automatic test systems.This paper introduces how to test the DC/DC converter automaticly by HP VEE. This automatic test system can fully satisfy the test precision, which is validated by the test of HSG28S5.The system improves the efficiency greatly and can satisfy the requirement of the research and produce.
