Abstract:

This paper presents how to realize a system for remote digital monitoring based on TCP/IP. The key techniques such as efficient motion detection, network transmission based on TCP/IP and the reconstruction of MPEG-I header are discussed thoroughly. The relevant techniques are introduced as well.
