民航空——地通信系统的新进展

摘要:

在国际民航组织的通信导航监视／空中交通管理系统中，空－地通信系统是其重要组成部分和基础。本文对民航空－地通信作一综合性介绍，指出现行系统的缺点和局限性，阐述未来系统的需求和发展方向。

Abstract:

Air-ground communication systems are the important parts and the basis of ICAO CNS/ATM systems.This paper gives a comprehensive introduction for the civil aviation air-ground communications,points out the disadvantages and limits of existing systems,describes the requirements and developing trend of the future systems.
