| Today,satellite television receiveing technique has developed into a new period. And it's necessary to produce some low price popular stations,so as to meet the needs of users. But previous"GB"doesn't include the specifications of popular stations. The purpose of this paper is to expound and prove the five video quotas which should be reached by popular satellite television receiving station. |
