信道群时延特性的工程测量

摘要:
信道的群时延指标对跟踪系统的测量精度和通信系统的信号质量都十分重要。但该项指标的测试通常因缺乏专用仪器而不能进行,影响了设备误差的分析和系统潜力的发挥。本文介绍利用常用的仪器,采用调制法进行群时延测量的构想,并着重解决了调制器引入的群时延漂移。论述了测量的合理性和调制频率选择的依据,对测量结果进行了分析。

Abstract:
The group delay specification of a channel is very important for rangingaccuracy of a tracking system and signal quality of a communication channel. Butthis specification usually was not tested because of lack special test equipments. Thisfact impairs error analyzing and giving full play to potentiality of a system. In this paper the idea of using a set of normal test equipment to measure the groupdelay of a channel by means of modulation method has been described. The methodof reducing group delay drift introduced by the modulator in this test was given. Thereasonableness of the test method and the basises of modulation frequency selectionare discussed. Some phenomena in the test are analyzed.
