| To address the issue of inefficient acquisition of channel state information (CSI) caused by the massive number of antennas in extremely large-scale massive MIMO (XL-MIMO) systems,a hybrid-field channel estimation scheme is proposed for scenarios with unknown proportions of far-field and near-field components in multi-antenna user systems.The method develops a three-stage hybrid-field channel estimation algorithm based on the Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) algorithm.The numerical results show that,compared with the OMP algorithm with unknown proportions,the proposed algorithm improves channel estimation performance by about 5.7 dB.When compared with the OMP algorithm with prior knowledge of the ratio between far-field and near-field paths,the proposed algorithm achieves an improvement of approximately 29 dB. |
