| 近年来，在商业投资的推动下低轨卫星通信星座网络快速发展，不断有新的商业低轨卫星通信星座计划涌现。实际上20世纪90年代也曾掀起过低轨通信卫星星座浪潮，但结果却未能达到最初的设想。总结了20世纪90年代提出的低轨通信卫星计划的经验教训，概述了目前典型的新兴低轨商业卫星通信星座特性及发展现状，根据之前星座的经验教训提出了对当前商业低轨卫星通信星座发展的思考。 |

| Recently,the Low Earth Orbit(LEO) Satellite Communication(SATCOM) constellations are growing rapidly and more and more new LEO SATCOM constellations are emerging driven by commercial investment. Unfortunately,several LEO SATCOM constellations were proposed in 1990s,but none achieved their initial vision. The experience and lessons from the LEO constellation plans proposed in 1990s are summarized,the characteristics and development status of current typical emerging LEO SATCOM constellations are overviewed,and the considerations to current commercial LEO SATCOM constellation are proposed according to lessons of experience. |
