一种结合RSSI假设检验的防丢算法

摘要:
随着外出活动交流的日益增多,人们对防丢的需求越来越大。低功耗蓝牙(BLE)的信号强度指示(RSSI)方法以其低功耗、低成本等优点,成为引人注目的备选方案。然而,蓝牙RSSI信号也存在不确定性、易受干扰等特点,为实际应用带来了挑战。鉴于此,提出了一种结合RSSI假设检验的防丢算法。首先,通过采集并分析大量RSSI序列样本发现,几乎所有的RSSI样本均符合正态分布;随后对动态采集的RSSI序列进行假设检验判别;紧接着,结合与之相应的状态机来动态判定蓝牙主机与从机的相对位置关系,并根据对应的位置关系确定是否安全。实验及评估结果表明,该算法能取得良好的防丢效果。

Abstract:
With the increase of outdoor activities,the anti-lost demand grows rapidly.A method based on low power bluetooth(BLE) received signal strength indicator(RSSI) becomes a compelling alternative.It has the advantages of low power consumption,low cost,etc.However,the bluetooth RSSI signal is easily disturbed,making it difficult for practical application.In the view of this,an anti-lost algorithm is proposed based on RSSI hypothesis test.Firstly,a large number of RSSI sampling sequences are captured and analyzed.It’s found that almost all of the RSSI samples are consistent with the normal distribution.Then a hypothesis test is designed for the RSSI sequence dynamically.Next,a corresponding state machine is designed to dynamically determine the relative position of the host and slave.Finally,according to the previous information,whether the position is safe can be judged.The experiments and evaluation results show that the algorithm can achieve a good anti - lost performance.
