毫米波固态功放的现状与展望

摘要:
毫米波高功率功放是毫米波系统发射信道中的核心设备,固态功放因其高可靠性等优 点将逐步取代传统的行波管功放。总结了毫米波固态功放的国内外研究现状;针对毫米波功 率合成、固态功放线性化等关键技术,分析了不同技术途径的各自特点,并总结出一些具有 实用价值的技术方法;最后指出了毫米波固态功放技术今后的重点研究方向。

Abstract:
As the core equipment of millimeter-wave(MMW) system TX channels, solid-state po wer ampl ifier(PA) has been gradually replacing traditional Traveling-wave Tube(TWT) PA due to its superiorities i ncluding high reliability. This paper introduces the domestic and foreign devel opment of MMW solid-state PA researches. Aiming at some key techniques such as p ower-combining, solid-state PA linearization etc., it analyses each feature of d istinct technical approaches and summarizes some practical technical methods. Th e key directions of the future work are also investigated.
