| Abstract: |
| The principle of adaptive modulation and coding system (AMCS) is discussed. The key techniques in AMCS are introduced , including RCPT(Rate compatible puncture turbo) code, high order modulation, H-ARQ and MIMO( multiple input and multiple output) system. The application of AMCS in the WCDMA high speed downlink packet access is introduced, and the additional complexity of the equipment is discussed. |
