一种语音段起止端点检测新方法

摘要
:
本文在讨论传统语音段起止端点检测方法及其不足的基础上 ,提出了一种新的端点检测方法 ,称为频带方差检测法。实验证明 ,该方法有效提高了语音段起止端点检测的精确度和可靠性。
